Advantages:
1.The heat exchanger is with high efficiency and corrugation on the plate can generate turbulent flow as the fluid at lower flow rate so as to reach optimal heat exchange effect. The heat transfer efficiency of BAVI plate-type heat exchanger is above 5 times of that of pipe shell type heat exchanger and 20% higher than that of plate-type heat exchanger from peer companies;
2. The contact area of plates is big and unique double-herringbone embossing strengthens the smoothness of plate wave bases so as to avoid dead angles caused as fluid flowing through plates. Meanwhile, it also increases contact area among plates. The anti-pressure ability of plates is much stronger and with smaller deformation and longer service life;
3. Double-fixed sealed gaskets: sealing form of sealed gaskets can be divided into adhesive type and free-adhesion type (hasping type). According to different applications, both glue adhesion and non-glue adhesion can be adopted.
4. Convenient dismounting. One to two persons can dismount and reassemble an ultra-large type heat exchanger;
5. Small temperature difference. Generally, the minimum temperature difference of plate-type heat exchanger is above 3℃ while BAVI plate-type heat exchanger can also operate normally as the minimum temperature difference is less than or equal to 1℃.
